51.76% of DMU’s 2,411 full-time faculty members have senior professional title (including 691 professors and 557 associate professors). 652 teachers hold a doctorate, accounting for 27.04%. 1,767 teachers under 45 years old make up 73.29% of the teaching staff with the average age of 39.46 years. 1,101 teachers hold degrees and diplomas issued by other universities.
